- Lead and manage the daily operations of the CBHI program in the Worcester area
- Provide guidance to the team and contribute to the development and implementation of effective in-home treatment and programming
- Must hold an independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working with behavioral disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable access to a vehicle
