I have a strong background in program management, national security, and general management consulting and policy development. In my current role at Booz Allen Hamilton, I have been a critical contributor to a multi-trillion dollar federal contract that is transforming the US intelligence community into a multi-cloud-based environment. I have also helped Fort Meade initiate its transformation of their enterprise information technology strategy into a modern edge-computing architecture to drastically reduce server processing times while increasing OPSEC.

In my prior role as the Deputy Director, I was selected as acting Director for the Intelligence Analysis Skill Community to overhaul its recruiting, training and development, and mid-career development programs to increase the workforce morale and performance. My resource building and program execution paid off within the first year when I was recognized by the Executive Branch and received a Meritorious Service award. Finally, during my role as a Deputy Program Manager, I saved Copper River Technologies over $8M in overheard costs and mitigated a federal contract penalty fee through my personal audits.

In addition to my work experience, I have an active very high security clearance with a unique polygraph, and a Masters degree in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I am a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and FEMA-certified Business Continuity Planner (Level 1). I am a global security and public policy expert, and I have over 20 years excelling from an analyst to a senior executive in the U.S. intelligence community as a military veteran.

I have completed a pair of Masters degrees in Project Management with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and Public Policy with University of Maryland - College Park. I am currently pursing my Doctorate degree part time in Critical Infrastructure (Protection) at Capitol Technology University.
