- Administer company benefit programs including 401K, healthcare, life, and COBRA.
- Interface with insurance carriers, government officials, and medical facilities.
- Communicate benefits programs to employees and assist with enrollments.
- Coordinate new hire activities and Open Enrollment processes.
- Compile data for reports and ensure governmental compliance.
- Support company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Demonstrate core values of Partnership, Performance, and Passion.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school graduate with 2-4 years of related experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations.
- Strong MS Excel and word processing skills required.
- Experience with Payroll and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Spanish bilingualism is ideal.
- High School Graduate with two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
