    Description


    A lighting manufacturing company is looking to add to HR department and looking for an HR Generalist to add to its team.

    Looking for someone with lots of personality, people oriented, and able to work in start-up environment. This role is a great opportunity for the right person that is looking to own payroll and benefits.

    This role is FULLY in office.


    Qualified candidates MUST have:
    Over two years of FULL cycle payroll processing
    Bilingual Spanish
    Proactive and very personable - being able to connect with employees and leadership
    Managing benefits administration, recruiting and new hire orientation
    Being the Point of Contact for all HR related questions
    Managing benefits for under 100 employees
    Employee engagement
    Exceptional communication skills, problem solver and proactive

    $27-35/hr
