- The primary objective of this position is to perform the full range of payroll processing activities to include calculation of pay, preparation of payroll records for processing, and reconciliation of payroll discrepancies in a timely manner for the semimonthly payroll and other special payrolls as needed for all Old Dominion University employees, following University policies and procedures, Commonwealth of Virginia policies, Federal and State tax laws, garnishment laws and other governing bodies as required each pay period
