HEAD OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities Planning and coordination:
You are responsible for the electrical planning of crane systems You coordinate the collaboration between different departments to ensure that the electrical aspects are seamlessly integrated into the overall project Leadership and team management: You are responsible for personnel management of the electrical engineering team (~ 15 colleagues)

You are also responsible for resource planning to ensure efficient team work Quality assurance:
You monitor the quality standards for the electrical implementation of crane systems You ensure that the systems comply with safety regulations and function reliably Customer communication: You work closely with customers and understand their individual requirements You are the contact person for technical questions and support sales in creating offers Other tasks
