Affinity Home Care is a boutique concierge agency providing in-home services throughout the five Boroughs and Long Island. We believe home is where the heart is.

We are seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator to join our growing team in Nassau County, NY. We provide in home services for seniors through out the five boroughs and Long Island.

We are dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere for both our caregivers and administrative team.

Must have computer skills and Sales Skills

Lots of potential for growth


Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to callers

  • Collect patient information and enter it into the system. Follow up with new clients, set up in person meetings with clients to introduce care services.
Must be friendly, kind, compassionate and outgoing.

Schedule Nursing appointments for patients

  • Communicate with medical staff regarding patient needs

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
