Your responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for executives and employees in all personnelrelated matters
  • Active participation and support in the area of personnel recruitment and development
  • First point of contact for employee representatives
  • Preparation of payroll for approximately 150 to 200 employees
  • Management of time recording
  • Your profile:
  • Completed commercial training with further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or a degree in the HR field
  • Practical experience in payroll accounting in a manufacturing company is advantageous
  • Knowledge in the area of training and further education is advantageous
  • Proactive, strong communication skills, and confident demeanor
  • Teamwork and orientation
  • Embodying the service mindset of "employee as a customer"
