Job Description

Leading the operational team
Responsibility for internal processes in conformity assessment
Clarifying technical product requirements together with our Technical Center
Developing solutions with the operational team for our clients
Maintaining and developing relationships with our existing customers
Possibility for remote work on certain days

Qualifications

Teamoriented, goaloriented, and communicative work style, as well as aboveaverage commitment
Excellent technical understanding of the certification, inspection, and testing industry
Basic knowledge of requirements for product conformity assessment
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Experience in team leadership
Business knowledge
