    In 2022, Sintetica marked a significant milestone in its growth strategy by launching Sintetica US in Princeton, New Jersey. This subsidiary boasts a robust core business, cutting-edge research and development, top-tier Swiss manufacturing, and a promising product pipeline. Sintetica US is introducing a range of innovative solutions to American clients and patients.
    To fortify our team at Sintetica US in Princeton, NJ, we are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst, FP&A.

    Main Responsibilities
    • Support the Accounting/Finance Function for Sintetica US under the supervision of the Finance Director.
    • Collaborate with the Finance Director on activities like financial planning, budgeting, profitability analysis, and reporting.
    • Aid in monthly financial closure through tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation.
    • Offer on-site financial assistance, liaise with the Finance Director and US team, and engage with the Global Finance team.
    • Assist in creating management presentations.
    • Monitor customer contract terms and conditions and coordinate with external service providers.
    • Handle sales reporting, reserves, and allowances accounting, while familiarizing yourself with customer contracts.
    • Supervise daily accounting activities like accounts payable, invoicing, inventory management, and more.
    • Develop and update financial models for product profitability analysis.
    • Interface with auditors and oversee the annual audit process.
    • Perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks.
    Requirements
    • Degree in accounting, finance, CPA, or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience, ideally in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
    • Strong grasp of US GAAP, Revenue Recognition, and Cost Accounting.
    • Proficiency in accounting processes, budgeting, and financial reporting.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Advanced MS Office and accounting software knowledge (e.g., Quickbooks).
    • Well-organized with multitasking ability.
    • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexible, proactive, and innovation-driven.
