Payroll and Accounting Administrator - Van Nuys, CA.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (The client is comfortable if you want to come in earlier)
Hybrid position (3 days in office/2 days remote)-
6 months onsite first before going to hybrid work model.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform full cycle payroll accounting:
- Ensure payroll information is properly set up.
- Enter payroll information into payroll software.
- Maintain and reconcile files.
- Update payroll systems including hires, terminations, manual checks, adjustments, etc.
- Generate payroll reports.
- Tend to payroll related inquiries.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with ADP or other fullservice payroll processor required.
- Experience with SAP is beneficial.
Pay:
$85, $95,000.00 per year
