Job description

  • Delivering a proactive and personalized service to Private and Corporate Aviation clientele.
  • Arranging services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation.
  • Coordinating aircraft services, such as fuel and ramp or hangar accommodations.
  • Effectively communicating via airtoground radio and groundtoground radio, in addition to other forms of communication.
  • Educating customers on available services, promotions, and programs.
  • Processing payments
  • Regular and reliable inperson and timely attendance for shifts which may include nights, weekends and/or holidays as scheduled.
  • Ability to read, understand and comply with all company policies, safety and ethical procedures, and relevant laws, regulations, orders and the like.
  • Operate a multiline telephone and use the companyapproved greeting.
  • Assist visitors with their luggage in the FBO and outside to/from aircraft
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, consideration, and courtesy to everyone at all times.
  • Drive cars, vans, or other shuttles as needed.
  • Independently and proactively (i) anticipate customer needs/requests, (ii) perform open job tasks, and (iii) immediately speak up and/or point out observed safety concerns.
  • Work well as part of a team, get along with others, understand and follow lawful directions and instructions the first time, follow all company policies and procedures, and ask questions to clarify instructions.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and highprofile clientele with poise, effectiveness, confidentiality, and professionalism and always with a sense of cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Other duties as requested

Position Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Must possess a valid state Driver's License.
  • Must have reliable transportation and arrive on time.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts, this mean early mornings, nights, weekends or holidays as scheduled.
  • Flexibility and willingness to pick up shifts and work extras hours when there are operational needs.
