Automotive Lube Technician - Gilbert, United States - Az Automasters

Automotive General Service tech, lube tech needed to mainly do oil changes and complete inspections on cars and light trucks.

Must have a minimum 6 months experience changing oil, doing basic vehicle inspections and using above ground 2 post automotive lifts in an auto shop.

Must know how to safely rack a variety of makes of vehicles. Some shop cleaning, taking out trash, inventory checks and minor stocking is also required. Must work a short day Saturday from 8am to 3pm. (Although a Saturday here or there can be scheduled off) CLOSED SUNDAYS.

You will have a weekday off (if desired or a 6 day week is possible as well) and regular weekday hours are 8am to 6pm.

WE DO NOT WORK LATE (Like many local chain shops do) Sign on incentive bonus of $750 paid after completion of the first 6 full weeks of work.

It is possible to move up to a C tech over time but you will be doing mostly GS work (oil changes and inspections primarily along with fluid changes and tire rotations) for the first several months.

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
