Job Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with 5 or more years of experience in Project Management.
Some of the qualities that are important.
- Experience with vertical concrete, & concrete superstructures a PLUS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Organizational & Time Management skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of construction professionals.
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Respond to and resolve on site issues, questions, conflicts.
- Ability to build rapport and lead a team.
- Desire to learn and improve.
Pay:
$90, $120,000.00 per year
