Mountain Dale, NY-based company, Sarah Williams- Recruiter International Asset Manager, is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Performance Specialist to join their team.

In this role, you will support the Portfolio Managers, Client Services, Marketing, and Sales teams by providing detailed performance attribution reporting.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating detailed attribution analysis for Portfolio Managers, highlighting differences between portfolio and benchmark returns across all Asset Classes
  • Calculating daily and monthly performance returns
  • Analyzing, validating, and distributing portfolio and benchmark characteristics
  • Collaborating with clients, investment professionals, and internal teams to address performancerelated questions and inquiries
  • Driving projects to increase efficiencies and automation
  • Working closely with vendors to resolve any issues


To be considered for this position, you must have extensive experience in Performance Reporting, with a strong understanding of calculating attribution for Equities and Fixed Income.

Advanced knowledge and experience with performance systems such as Factset, Barclays Point, and Bloomberg Port is required.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, and have a keen attention to detail.
