Customer Advisors for Private Customers (m/f/d)

Full-time, 35 hours/week

Your responsibilities:

Your main task will be to advise and support voluntarily insured and other selfpaying individuals on social insurance matters, such as contribution calculations (health and longterm care insurance) and choosing a health insurance provider.
Depending on your area of expertise, you will also handle contribution calculations based on various sources of income for insured individuals, such as employment income, capital gains, rental income, and pensions.
You will be responsible for processing claims and have the ability to quickly and customerorientedly resolve complex issues.
Additionally, you will be in charge of clarifying the ongoing contribution accounts of voluntarily insured and other selfpaying individuals.

Your profile:

You have completed training as a social insurance specialist or a comparable commercial training, such as a tax clerk, administrative clerk, legal assistant, personnel clerk, bank clerk, savings bank clerk, or insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d).
You possess a high level of service and customer orientation,
