Tasks with quality and ethics responsibility:
Planning, organizing, and conducting quality circles including ensuring protocol management
Conducting and organizing employee training (directly or indirectly)
Contact person for family members and employees in ethical matters to provide the best possible advice to those affected
Intervention in conflict situations

Requirements:
Completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d)
Completed degree in healthcare or recognition as a nursing management according to § 71 SGB XI
Experience as a residential area manager or first leadership experience in a nursing facility or comparable institution desirable
Good computer skills and openness to digital documentation
High social competence in dealing with residents, family members, and employees
