    Job Description:
    We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering principles and a passion for innovation.

    Responsibilities:
    Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for various projects and products.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
    Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the performance and reliability of electrical designs.
    Create detailed schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation for electrical systems and components.
    Perform calculations and simulations to optimize electrical designs for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
    Select appropriate components and materials for electrical systems based on project requirements and industry standards.
    Troubleshoot and debug electrical systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to electrical engineering.
    Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and technical discussions to provide input and guidance on electrical engineering matters.
    Mentor junior engineers and provide technical expertise and support as needed.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field,
    Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, theories, and practices.
    Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical, or EPLAN.
    Hands-on experience with electrical testing and measurement equipment.
    Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as NEC, IEEE, and IEC.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
