Responsibilities:

Your tasks:

  • Customer service & acquisition
  • Active crossselling
  • Appointment scheduling for specialized consultants
  • Gathering customer information and orders
  • Pre and postprocessing of phone calls with documentation and data maintenance
  • First own customer consultations

Qualifications:

Your profile:

  • Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of telephone, serviceoriented customer contact
  • Diligent, goaloriented, and communicative
  • High level of reliability and personal responsibility
  • Career changers are also welcome
