Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of leadership experience
Must have Certified Operator (CO) license in: Household Pest Control (HPC), Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO), Public Health (Mosquito/Vector Control)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world leadership experience
Strong communication skills and a passion for developing people
A clean driving record (must be 21+)
Ability to pass required background, MVR and Drug Screen
Ability to earn & maintain pest control licenses (DCA)
Tech-savvy, metrics-minded, operationally sharp
