Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) for National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Small Business Banking division.This is an interim non-exempt position.
This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment.Responsibilities
- Certain responsibilities require coaching bankers to engage customers to understand their needs and work proactively to build relationships help customers succeed financially ,
- Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer employee experience risk growth team business meet Branch Network business objectives
- Mentor guide talent development direct reports assist hiring talent
This SAFE position has customer contact job duties which may include offering negotiating terms taking application dwelling secured transaction As such this position requires compliance with S A F E Mortgage Licensing Act related regulations Individuals in SAFE position must meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening if necessary This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
