SPA is seeking a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Subject Matter Expert.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor crossorganizational teams of analysts and modelers, developing and navigating complex studies that leverage multiple tools and datasets from many sources across all classification levels.
Ensure that the findings of these studies are translated into meaningful, actionable insights for senior DoD leadership, and lead the effective communication of those insights.
Advise the government on developing, adapting, managing, and executing crossorganizational studies.
Conduct business development, seeking areas where SPA can potentially provide high value impact to the government in NC3 and related areas.
