Join our team at the KOMM in Offenbach as a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) in full-time (40 hours/week).
Your Responsibilities
- Technical Facility Management: monitoring and optimizing all technical systems and ensuring smooth functionality.
- Project Management: leading construction projects, renovations, and modernizations at KOMM Offenbach.
- Cost Control: responsible for budget management in the technical department and identifying potential cost savings.
- Customer Communication: working closely with tenants and service providers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- You are the driving force behind the flawless technical infrastructure at KOMM Offenbach.
- Completed technical education or degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional experience in technical management of commercial properties.
