Job Overview:

Sisson Engineering is currently looking for two entry level CNC Machine operators. Machine operators are responsible to work directly with experienced CNC set-up machinist in daily operation of CNC equipment.

CNC Operators are responsible for maintaining product quality as required, follow written and verbal procedures for machining and other duties, work from routings, prints, sketches, lay-out sheets and written instructions,
inspect work produced using micrometer; bore gage, calipers, or other measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.


Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Produces machined parts by operating a CNC machines.
• Maintaining quality standards by performing and keeping records of inspection.
• The ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
• Work with quality team to verify in process inspections.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• The ability to utilize the MRP system with accurate clock punches is mandatory.
• Strong work ethic with an excellent teamwork attitude.
• Detailoriented and highly organized.
• Strong communication & math skills (written and verbal).

• 10 hour shift
