Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care services.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
Assist with meal planning and preparation
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Experience:

Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

This is the job in Burlington, Saturday, Sunday from 8am-8pm. $22/hour. Female client.
