Construction Traveling Superintendent Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Traveling Superintendent with 10+ years experience.
Commercial and/or industrial construction handling projects cost $10mm+ experience is required and a positive, innovative, teamwork attitude is a must.
Only qualified candidates in the construction industry will be considered.The Superintendent will support the building side of our business, where we handle a wide range of projects, including warehouses, factories, manufacturing facilities, logistics/trucking centers, office spaces, auto dealerships, aviation hangars, higher education institutions, parking structures, self-storage facilities, and more.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience working in commercial Construction Leadership
Must have experience working on commercial project values of $2mm - $40mm+
High School Diploma or higher (Bachelors Degree preferred)
Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor
Strong communication skills leadership ability
Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction-related software
