    PLPC, founded in 1987, is one of the largest storage solution providers in North America. Based in City of Industry, California, PLPC offers a wide range of industry-leading storage solutions, including hard disk drives, solid state drives, memory, and flash. In addition, PLPC provides the cost-effective network storage solution, JBOD, from Western Digital. With over 100,000 square feet facility, PLPC is dedicated to expanding its product portfolio to meet the growing storage needs of customers.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager. The primary responsibilities of the Account Manager include managing customer accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical product knowledge and support, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and maximize profitability. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the storage solutions market.

    Qualifications

    • Strong sales and account management experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Technical knowledge of storage solutions, including hard disk drives, solid state drives a plus
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Knowledge of the storage industry and market trends
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
