What you'll be doing with us:

  • Independent planning, budgeting, and implementation of modernization measures for our own residential and commercial units
  • Management of partner companies for the realization of our projects
  • Monitoring of costs and deadlines
  • Invoice verification, acceptance, and defect management
  • Development of modernization strategies in collaboration with the rental department, other technical specialists, and the purchasing department
  • Participation in the optimization of process flows

What we're looking for to start together:

  • Degree as a construction technician or master (m/f/d) in the construction industry or a degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • Experience in managing, monitoring, and implementing modernization measures on the client side or knowledge in the housing industry is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office and additional knowledge in SAP, iTwo is desirable
  • Organizational talent and a strong focus on customer service
