Your daily role

Assist with operating the facility engine room
Dismantle, lay out, change or erect refrigeration machinery or equipment
Maintain proper and legible records of the operating system
Make minor repairs to refrigeration equipment during operation
Anticipate and troubleshoot routine maintenance refrigeration system problems
Make some electrical repairs as needed
Properly lubricate machinery
Maintain good housekeeping
Must work in a safe manner and use protective guards and proper PPE
Must obey all warning tags and signs when working
Help to produce the highest quality of finished product
Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety
Report any food safety, health & safety, quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.

Ammonia refrigeration certificate:

Electronic certificate:

Two (2) years progressive experience in operating an industrial engine room with anhydrous ammonia
