What You'll Be Doing
Assist Property Managers in managing budgets, financial reporting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reconciliations
Manage Certificates of Insurance, invoices and account coding
Oversee work order system and maintenance tickets; ensure engineering team follows through on all assigned work orders
Organize and manage property management information databases
Continually update Property Managers on activity at properties in high volume, busy work environment

What We're Looking For
A high school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
2+ years of experience in commercial property management required
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel required
2+ years of experience working with Yardi, Kardin, MRI or similar software strongly preferred
Knowledge of work orders, certificates of insurance, tenant interaction, and Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable preferred
