Gentle Care Dentists is a Multi-Specialty Dental office in Arlington, VA conveniently located within walking distance from metro station.

We provide a host of services such as Family General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Periodontic Surgery, Orthodontic Treatment and Endodontic Treatment in the comfortable and relaxing setting of our state-of-the-art facility.


We are looking for a practice manager to join our team of highly trained staff and professional doctors full time.

The manager will need to ensure the practice remains financially sustainable while delivering unbelievable customer service. They need to be able to make key business decisions and oversee day-to-day practice operations and expand the practice.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of three years of experience managing a dental practice
  • Knowledge of Dentrix is a must
  • Proven leadership skills someone who can motivate and grow a team
  • Strong oral and written communication, problem solving and organizational skills

Experience:

- dental practice management: 3 years (preferred)
