- Students must have an overall grade point average of 3.0.
- Students must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now in the future.

Scot Forge Company has an opportunity for you to join their Metallurgy/ Material Science Co-op Program in our Spring Grove, IL and Clinton, WI locations. We have openings for 2025 / 2026. We are flexible with start and ending dates around student's education. We are looking for students willing to dedicate a minimum of 6 months.
This Program Offers:
Students will receive extensive training in the following areas:
At any given time, the selected candidates will be working closely with any one of the metallurgists and other employees from numerous departments to facilitate the completion of his/her projects. These projects are intended to give students an active role in the manufacturing process and provide opportunities for them to see how metallurgical principles are used to meet customer's needs daily.
