As a member of our team, you will be responsible for medical controlling, MD inquiries, and preparation and support of MD audits.

You will also prepare salary negotiations/revenue verifications and cost analyses, participate in them, and follow up on them.

Additionally, you will create general statistics and data preparations for external/internal contacts, contribute to business planning and maintenance of business reporting, and use your controlling expertise to support projects and drive the development of professional topics.

You will also develop lean and efficient processes in medical controlling and take on special projects in close collaboration with the commercial management.


To be successful in this role, you should have a completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in hospital management, health economics, or a comparable degree.

Ideally, you have further education in medical controlling,
