Description
We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to clean common areas of our 67 unit Apartment building and carry out cleaning of vacant units as needed.
The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.Responsibilities
- Clean designated building hallways and back porches (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc)
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Snow removal
Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
