Your tasks will include in particular:

  • Consolidation of procurement needs
  • Management of the office building in the responsibility area of the branch office
  • Mail and reception
  • Interdepartmental general administrative tasks

What you should bring:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or proof of equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Basic knowledge of procurement
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs
  • In-depth knowledge of office organization/administration
  • Several years of relevant professional experience
