- Develop new and redline existing Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and Interlock Narratives
- Work on multi-discipline capital project teams to modernize the production facility
- Support Process Hazard Analyses for new and existing processes
- Develop Process Flow Diagrams and Heat and Material Balances
- Lead various calculations for process design (i.e. relief, pump sizing, and heat transfer)
- Develop cost estimates for new and existing products and / or develop scope of work for capital projects.
- Provide field support for startup commissioning activities which includes troubleshooting process, instrumentation and equipment problems
- Provide field support for I/O & interlock checkout
- Provide on-call technical support as needing during commissioning
- Create and/or update necessary procedures and assist with training operators when needed
- Mentor junior Process Chemical Engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 6+ years relevant experience
- Process Flow Diagram development
- Heat and Material Balance development
- Experience in Process Chemical Design or supporting manufacturing operations
- Piping and Instrumentation Diagram development (P&ID)
- Hazard Analysis experience - HAZOP, PHA, FMEA, etc.
- Ability to be on-call on occasion (rotating basis)
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $156330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
