Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Machinist for our client in the Hospitality domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract to Hire position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

Location: Woburn, Massachusetts

Role: Machinist

Primary Skills: Engineering

Role Description: The Machinist must have at least 3+ years of experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

With guidance from supervisor, operates a limited number of machines such as lathes, certain millers, grinders and drill presses.

Works from standard drawings and process sheets as well as written and verbal instruction.

With supervision, performs tape controlled machine operations and makes simple adjustments as necessary.

Makes necessary adjustments to machines during operation to ensure high product quality and unit quantity.

Responsible for maintaining normal tolerances.

Visually inspects parts and subassemblies from freedom from defects.

Maintains work area and equipment in a safe, clean and orderly condition.

Education: High School/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
