Position Summary

• Inspect and assess equipment and products using various tools, calipers, and devices.
• Adhere to proper documentation and reporting protocols to ensure accurate data recording and timely escalation.
• Operate CNC Machines and routers equipped with Master Cam software.
• Facilitate smooth communication across departments to notify leaders and engineers for resolving issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to uphold company objectives in LEAN principles and High Performance teams, fostering a positive company culture.
• Efficiently prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment to meet project deadlines.
• Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident Status is mandatory.
• High School Diploma or GED certification is required.
• Preferred experience includes a minimum of 4 years in hands-on machine shop or relevant education/training and manufacturing background.
• Proficiency in basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills, including foundational arithmetic, utilization of Microsoft Office, and effective communication in English both independently and within a team.
• Capability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
