Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to exceed sales targets and enhance the buying experience for our customers.

Team Development:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, ensuring individual and collective sales goals are met.

Market Analysis:

Keep abreast of market trends and customer preferences to seize new sales opportunities and expand our customer base.

Customer Satisfaction:

Promote a customer-focused approach, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Promotional Campaigns:

Work closely with the marketing department to design and implement effective sales promotions and incentives.

Sales Process Management:

Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction from initial contact to the closing of sales.

Training and Coaching:

Provide regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and techniques.

Training and compliance:

all Federal and State Regulations and company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards in sales practices.


Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.

Act as the primary closer, stepping in to finalize deals, ensuring that customer needs are met while maximizing dealership profitability.
