Primary Responsibilities of an Entry Level Manager:

Shadow senior lead acquisition specialists and work closely with our lead acquisition team to increase our clients potential footprint in the local area
Reach out to interested customers and inform them of the available products, services and promotions
Contact warm leads, execute presentations and convert them to future customers
Participate in continuing education and training programs offered by our senior management team
Work with a team of fellow Entry Level Managers to review results, brainstorm ideas and create future outreach plans
Increase customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty by active listening, consultative relationship building, and empathic communication

Entry Level Manager Skills Preferred:

Energetic, personable, and engaging nature that customers, clients, and fellow employees
Selfstarter with a growth mindset and a strong desire to improve leadership qualities
Comfortable operating in fastpaced dynamics and smooth transitions with unprecedented changes
Professionalism and adaptability when faced with intensive, critical situations
Effectively multitasks between ongoing projects and embraces challenges

Basic Qualifications We Look For in an Entry Level Manager:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related business fields preferred or in the process of completion
03 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, Customer Service, or internship in related fields
Flexible Availability Working Weekends

$ $1,200.00 per week
