If you have a foreign school leaving certificate, you must provide proof of equivalence to a German school leaving certificate and demonstrate German language proficiency at level B2

Training Content

During your training with us, you will learn to perform nursing and social tasks under the guidance of a nursing professional. You will receive the necessary instruction at our nursing school. During your practical placements, you will gain a first insight into the diverse daily work that awaits you after your training in inpatient, outpatient, or open elderly care.

The training consists of practical nursing and theoretical and practical instruction at the nursing school. The instruction includes the following focal points:

Tasks and concepts in elderly care
Support in shaping life
Legal and institutional framework
Elderly care as a profession

After this training, we offer you the opportunity to continue with the 3-year training to become a nursing professional under certain conditions.

Start of Training

Annually on October 1st

Requirements for training at our school

Secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent
Proof of complete vaccination against measles or a valid certificate of recovery
