Sales Associate Position at Roberts and Cooper

Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage in direct sales efforts through door knocking and facetoface interactions to generate leads and close deals.
  • Foster and develop B2B relationships, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage endtoend project cycles, coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales and project management skills.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to navigate sales conversations and client interactions effectively.

Qualifications:


  • Motivated individuals with a keen interest in sales, customer service, and project management.
  • Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation:


We offer a competitive compensation package with a commission structure that rewards our associates for their hard work and dedication.

Starting commission rates range from 40%-50%, with the potential to increase to 60% with time for our most experienced and successful associates.

This is a commission-based position that offers significant earning potential for those who are driven to succeed.

A rookie will make 10% more than the average seasoned veteran roofer. our pay structure is to support our workers to the max degree possible period

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales.

Experience:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
