Sales Representative / Business Manager for Personnel Services (m/f/d)

Sales - Internal at Accurat
Accurat has been active and successful in the personnel services industry for 25 years. We serve our clients nationwide with over 40 locations throughout Germany. We also interact with Poland and Austria.


In Mannheim, we have a position available as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) with the opportunity for a career change in personnel services.


We are not looking for just any employee (m/f/d), we are looking for a special puzzle piece that completes our team.

It can have edges and corners, but also bring a big service heart with the necessary drive for sales and empathy for our applicants, employees, and clients.

Your tasks with us:


  • You provide our wellknown corporate clients with the perfect personnel and are always available as a competent solution finder
  • You acquire new clients and support our existing clients
  • You create job postings, review applications, conduct interviews, and make personnel selections
  • You conduct employee meetings, schedule and respond flexibly to various situations and requirements

As a Sales Representative (m/f/d), you bring with you

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship OR
  • You have completed a technical or commercial degree
  • You enjoy working in a successoriented sales environment
  • You possess excellent communication skills
  • You identify with a professional appearance and negotiation skills.
