Otsuka Holdings Europe GmbH (OHE) is a newly established European management company that oversees corporate functions and supports Otsuka's pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, and medical device business in Europe and globally.

Our team is constantly growing, and we are seeking experienced and ambitious colleagues to help us develop our company and strengthen Otsuka's presence in Europe. We are currently hiring for an experienced Associate Director of Finance (m/f/d) to join our office in Frankfurt am Main.

The role:

In this position, you will work closely with OHE's Managing Director and collaborate with regional and global Finance stakeholders to lead and implement corporate projects and establish a Finance shared service strategy in Europe. You will also oversee OHE's internal Finance department and manage all financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting/forecasting.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and implement corporate finance projects across Otsuka companies in Europe.
