Responsibilities:
As an
Installer II, you are responsible for reading and interpreting the proper installation specifications for various construction projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.
In addition, you will:
- Determine floor plan layouts, power distribution, backup power supplies, and cabling of central office equipment
- Identify, and requisition parts necessary to establish low
- Create comprehensive and accurate installation specifications and accurate equipment requirements to fulfill customer orders
- Create or correct location records, drawings, bill of materials (BOM), installation notes, and memos to reflect additions and modifications to customers' location (central office) because of installation or engineering activities
- Review installation specifications
Qualifications:
About You:
- Safety is a part of your day to day
- You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
- You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a handson approach to your work
- You are looking for longterm projects
- You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
- You have entrylevel or 1 year of technical experience.
- You have a High School diploma or equivalent GED.
- You respond promptly to customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve partnership
- You are computer literate
- Must be trainable and coachable
- You have the ability to learn customer specifications and standards
- You have excellent communication skills; speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; demonstrate group presentation skills
- You have the ability to learn time management while working on customer sites.
- You possess dependability
- Follow instructions, respond to management direction; keep commitments
- Experience in handling power tools
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
- Must be willing and available to travel away from home for several weeks at a time (up to 75%)
