Responsibilities


What you can look forward to:

  • Direct contact with journalists via phone or email
  • Support in press work
  • Creating press releases
  • Maintaining the press distribution list
  • Preparing incoming publications
  • Assisting in event preparation and magazine production, including image editing
  • Supporting general office management
  • Potentially managing social media
Qualifications


What you bring to the table:

  • Studying business or communication sciences, or a humanities subject
  • Strong writing skills and impeccable German language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Ideally, some previous PR experience through internships
  • Strong communication skills, quick comprehension, willingness to learn, high motivation, and a handson mentality
