    Job DescriptionAre you coachable and have a willingness to learn, are you a quick learner, self-motivated and have a genuine outgoing personality that enjoys helping others? Requirements:

    • Insurance sales experience and an active Property & Casualty License (preferred) but not mandatory.
    • Successful track record of setting and meeting goals.
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Bi-lingual/ Spanish a plus

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop leads, schedule, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
    • Build rapport with prospects and through a genuine care for their insurance needs and best interest, turn prospects into lifetime valued clients

    Job Types:
    Full-time, Part-time Salary: $12.00 to $16.

    00 /hour Experience:
    Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

    call center: 1 year (Preferred)

    Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) License:

    20-29 Job Tasks:

    • Answering customer questions
    • Troubleshooting and solving problems
    • Meeting sales targets (monthly, annually, etc.)
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Preparing reports

    Giving demonstrations or presentations Physical Demands:

    • Lift up to 10 lb.
