Job description
We are looking for a Cradle to Grave Business Development Sales Rep to help grow a fast-paced freight brokerage.Responsibilities include:
Cold calling shipper prospects
Business development outreach
Operational capabilities, including scheduling your own freight, building your own loads, and booking your own trucks
Manage day to day shipments from start to finish
Handle any issues and communication with outside parties
Maintain relationships with new and prospective customers and carriers
Qualifications:
Demonstrates grit and resilience; stays focused and productive under pressure
Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing freight environment
Customer-obsessed with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
