    Our company is looking for a Logistics

    Coordinator/Dispatcher

    that will support our oilfield sand-hauling division
    We are a 24/ operation.

    Candidate will need to be comfortable with working 12 hour shifts or , and available to work holidays and weekends when needed.


    Schedule:
    10pm-6am, 2pm-minight, or 6am-6pm


    Pay:
    $22/hour + bonuses


    Qualifications:

    • Dispatch experience (oilfield or otherwise) is preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills are a must
    • Familiarity with Microsoft office programs is necessary (Outlook, Excel/Google Docs)
    • Ability to Multi-Task

    Duties include:

    • Receiving, building, prioritizing and dispatching loads by appointment time, customer and region.
    • Data Entry; ensuring all information is entered into our TMS platform along with customer apps and spreadsheets.
    • Interact and maintain relationships with our drivers and customers.
    Compensation is negotiable based upon experience.
    This position is subject to a background check and drug screen.

    available after 60 days. Bonuses based on KPI's disbursed monthly.
