At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a master roofer as project manager (m/f/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Düsseldorf location.
Your tasks:

Planning and management of projects in the technical facility management portfolio
Ensuring quality, deadline and cost-compliant completion of orders in all process phases (according to HOAI) as well as preparation of offers
Control and monitoring of the project budget in cooperation with project controlling
Support of procurement processes together with regional and group purchasing
Conducting and leading project meetings

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a master roofer, including experience in facility management
Good knowledge of project management techniques and common IT systems
Cross-trade knowledge, knowledge of contract law and business management skills
Planning and conceptual strength
Commitment and high resilience even under time pressure as well as the ability to manage complex projects and lead and motivate employees
